Mullukuttai Pond is a vital water body located in Thirumukkudal Village, Kanchipuram district, Tamil Nadu, serving as a key source of irrigation for the village. On 29th January 2025, Uthiramerur MLA Mr. K. Sundar, Thirumukkudal Panchayat President Mrs. Manjula Murugan, and Puthiya Thalaimurai Foundation Secretary Mr. D.V. Venkatagiri, along with local villagers, jointly initiated the desilting work of the pond. This initiative aims to enhance its water-holding capacity and ensure sustainable usage.

The desilting process involves the use of highly efficient earth-excavator machines, specifically advanced hydraulic excavators, which effectively remove silt, debris, and unwanted vegetation.

With their powerful digging capabilities, Kobelco machines play a crucial role in restoring the pond’s capacity, maintaining ecological balance, and improving water quality. Once the cleaning process is complete, the villagers can preserve the pond’s neatness through regular monitoring and maintenance efforts, ensuring its long-term sustainability.

On November 23, 2024, the prestigious Women's Christian College, Chennai, witnessed the grand release of the 'Nammal Mudiyum' (NM) booklet by Mr. Lijio Thomas, Founder of Let Us Dream. The event was successfully facilitated by the Puthiya Thalaimurai Foundation, marking a significant milestone in the mission to inspire and empower individuals towards positive social change.

Puthiya Thalaimurai Foundation (PTF) celebrated India’s 76th Republic Day with great patriotism and enthusiasm at the PTF office in GN Chetty, T. Nagar.

The celebration commenced with the unfurling of the National Flag by Mr. V. Sridharan, M.A., M.Sc., M.Ed., M.Phil., Physics Teacher (Retd) and Author. He emphasized the importance of education and shared his inspiring journey, highlighting his achievement of completing six degrees. As a retired Physics teacher, he offered valuable insights and guidance.The Secretary, Mr. D.V. Venkatagiri, presided over the event.

On the occasion of Dr. T. R. Paarivendhar Sir's birthday on August 24, 2024, a heartfelt food distribution program was organized at Udhavum Ullangal in Maraimalai Nagar. The initiative focused on providing meals to elderly individuals, bringing joy and support to those in need.
